My wife and I have known John Alvarado as both a friend and business man. Highly respected, loved and trusted in all aspect of his life. We met John over 20 years ago at our church where he does most of the grounds upkeep and pest control. We hired John to do our pest control when our older PC company retired, and then also to maintain our grounds and plantings over several years.
